My name is Louella. I'm known as The Milk Maid and I love making cheese. Years ago on a sheep farm in Italy, it dawned on me I could make cheese professionally. I could be a part of the process all the way from grass to dinner plate. Since then, I've continued to fall more in love with this art form. As a cheese teacher and author, I've been able to share this love with others.
