HOW IT WORKS:

I teach cheesemaking classes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. For private classes, you gather the people, find the space and I show up with everything else. For public classes, you join others at locations such as The Ferry Market Building, The Cheese School of San Francisco or 18 Reasons. Classes last between 45 minutes and several hours. Learn anything from Brie to Blue to Burrata. You can't go wrong.
