Private classes are for anyone who wishes to host a class on a date and in a location of their choice.

- Mozz Stretch: Starting with a breeze through cheese chemistry, jump right into mozzarella stretching fun. Have a pull-a-thon with your co-workers. Or work on a rope. Tie a knot or stretch bocconcini for your boca. Class is 1 hour long.
- Buttery Burrata: After learning the basics of mozzarella stretching, it's time to bring in the butterfat. Burrata is a cream-filled mozzarella that tops the charts now for popular cheeses. In class, you'll learn the stuffing technique as well as ways to get creative with the filling. Class is 1.5 hours long.
- Baby Your Blue: Get old and moldy in a delicious way by learning to make a Stilton-style blue cheese. This class's project starts with cream, fresh milk and some magical spores. It ends months later with a dense and moldy taste explosion. Class is 2.5 hours long.
- Bloomy Brie: Discover the velvety world of bloomy-rinded cheeses with this one-of-a-kind class. You'll inoculate milk with mold spores then proceed through ripening, churning and hooping mini wheels. We'll cover aging conditions, breathable wrappings, vegetable ash and more. Class is 2.5 hours long.
